Will Every Tool Fit My Fabric or Project?

Compatibility depends on the tool, fabric, dimensions, and intended task. Read the product listing and supplied instructions before use. Do not assume that every tool suits every fabric or that every item is suitable for children. Keep small and sharp components securely stored.

When Will My Order Be Prepared?

Preparation normally takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Busy periods may extend this to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Add processing time to estimate the full order journey. Delivery dates are estimates. Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout.

How Do I Track or Change an Order?

Available shipment details are normally provided after dispatch. Contact us promptly for address changes or cancellation; neither can be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Can I Return an Item?
