Return & Refund Policy
This policy covers return requests, order problems, refunds, and cancellations for purchases from kvmvrz.com.
30-Day Return Requests
Contact us within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery to request an eligible return. A standard preference-based return should be unused, complete, and in its original condition, with all supplied components, accessories, and proof of purchase. Retain original packaging where reasonably possible. Opening the shipping carton alone does not automatically disqualify an otherwise eligible item.
Start With Customer Support
Email service@kvmvrz.com with your order number, product name, return reason, and supporting images where relevant. Following review, we will supply the applicable return instructions and destination. Do not send merchandise to our business address unless instructed.
Sewing Supplies and Return Condition
Return the components and accessories supplied with your item. Used, altered, or damaged supplies, consumed materials, and missing pieces may affect eligibility for a preference-based return. Secure any sharp components and protect the contents against bending or impact during transit. Damage, alteration, or missing components arising after delivery may affect a preference-based return, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
Inspect the order after arrival and report problems as soon as reasonably possible. Include photographs or video of the issue and packaging where appropriate. For a confirmed product or fulfillment error attributable to us, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or return without additional costs caused by that error.
Shipping Costs
Customers generally pay return shipping for a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection. Original shipping is generally not refundable for a preference-based return. For confirmed errors attributable to us, eligible shipping costs will be addressed in the resolution. Use a trackable service and retain the receipt.
Refund Review and Timing
Returned merchandise may be inspected to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment service may need additional time to display the credit. Contact us if the expected period has passed.
Exchanges and Cancellation
Ask support about exchange availability before returning a product; stock may change. Submit cancellation requests promptly. We will try to cancel before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation after preparation or dispatch begins. Successfully canceled orders before fulfillment carry no cancellation fee.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not remove statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If an item is faulty or misdescribed, the conditions for a preference-based return do not automatically determine your available remedy.
